The ITE Group was founded in 1991 and is now one of the world's leading organisers of international trade exhibitions and conferences, while ITE Oil&Gas manages the Group's worldwide oil and gas conferences and exhibitions. The Group employs over 1000 staff in 31 offices and organises over 240 events each year worldwide.

Formerly with Global Pacific & Partners, from 1999-2015, a leading advisory firm, currently in JV with ITE, now the majority owner of the firm's suite of landmark conferences on the upstream industry in Africa, Asia, Latin America and elsewhere. The Africa Oil Week/Africa Upstream Conference has been and remains the landmark event.
