Duties:
? Provide integrated business improvement and productivity
? Initiation and Management of KM Implementation projects
? Implement, execute and provide input to KM strategy and framework for Group Capital Division
? Provide directions and consultation in the KM process and model
? Facilitating the Implementation and roll-out of KM Collaboration and Content Management System
? Facilitate acquisition and preservation of Group Capital knowledge and intellectual property
? Coordinate and provide training
? Championing the Implementation of ISO Quality Management system within KM function
? Championing the alignment of KM processes into the PLCM and other business processes
