During his time at Schindlers, Gabriel has been exposed to various High Court and Magistrate's Court property litigation matters against the City of Johannesburg. In addition to the aforementioned practice areas, he has been exposed to the field of intellectual property law, in particular, the verification and registration of trademarks. Gabriel also handles various aspects of tax law, Road Accident Fund ("RAF") matters and the drafting of commercial agreements.
Gabriel, as part of the firm's pro-bono initiative, has been involved in working on the Zoo Lake Bowling Club v City of Johannesburg matter and furthermore dedicates a large portion of his spare time in caring for the environment, in particular by the planting and maintenance of trees and bonsai in and around the greater Johannesburg region.
