As it was small, I had to be involved in all aspects of the IT delivery, from support to Management as well as fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of the CIO or Head of IT of the company.
I am a hard worker not minding to get my hands dirty. I am more than willing to learn and take on new challenges. I have no problem in travelling for the company.
I have managed a staff compliment of 19 personnel across the country and was respected by all staff. Our main goal was to deliver service excellence to our customers and feedback received from customers showed that we met this goal.
