I am very comfortable in communicating directly with clients when they require updates or changes, thereafter implementing the changes myself or delegating to other team members.

Responsible for managing any new digital projects for the New Media team.
Dealing directly with the client as their main point of contact for the New Media team, throughout the design, feedback and development cycle of web projects.
I assist in translating the clients' needs to the design and development team, communicating feedback from the team to the client and keeping the client up to date with the progress, issue and change tracking of the entire project.
