I have a high service record with various service awards, most notably claiming the Virgin Active Brainwave Award for 2009 and a special company incentive for the Apple iStore in December 2012. I develop and excel quickly in whichever role I am needed. Proof of this was being appointed as a facility manager of Virgin Active Port Elizabeth at the age of 18. Recent developments have allowed me to migrate my skills towards information technology, as this has always been a passion. Today I hold over 5 years of Certified Apple experience in Technical Support, Pro Application and Product Sales. I formally managed the Apple iStore Cavendish internal/external training for staff & clients and held the Senior Technical Consultant position for the tech desk for over 3 years. I currently work full time for Visualize IT as an SLA Manager / Field Technician. I run and manage various corporate clients' business and personal IT infrastructure as well as serve as the Website Administrator for an up and coming casting agency Hot Pencil.
