I have extensive operational and strategic management experience in the call centre, store and corporate sales environments predominantly in the Telecommunications industry extending to Channel Management in the ICT industry. I have been exposed to strategy development and implementation, marketing, training, presentations, contract management, general management, project management, database management, budgeting, business analyses and process re-engineering.
From a leadership, change and transformation perspective, I have established and managed teams of people, to successfully deliver on objectives outlined by the business. In compliment, I take pleasure in coaching and personally developing my team to ensure that their business and personal goals are accomplished.
