I have over 10 years exp in VIP and have worked on Unique when I worked for McCarthy Retail. I also was hired as a payroll bookkeeper at McCarthy. I have done my Bcom Hr till second year, which include Accounting 1&2 and financial management.

I process the full payroll on VIP premier for+- 500 employees, consisting of Monthly, Casuals and fortnightly payrolls. Verifying time sheets, . Capture new and terminated employees, leave forms, overtime, incentives, disciplinaries, etc. Print Pay slips & reports. Print relevant payroll reports. Export 3rd party payment reports to excel and e-mail to relevant companies. Process skills and employment equity on VIP. Writing reports in VIP for management. Checking and correcting methods of calculations on VIP. Implemented a PPE control - whereby I capture all PPE issued and compare from VIP report to Excel report that all PPE issued to a site was actually allocated to the site. Advised company to change their salary transfer From Nedbank to Capitec saving them R83000 rand per year. Implemented the Youth Incentive DBu are now receiving +-R25000 tax incentive per month. I am a qualified SDF and has taken over the learner ships of which they have 15 this year, again they are to receive a tax incentive of+- R10000per learner this year.
