• Include Resource and Skills planning, Cost Analysis and Timelines
• Include Identifying Challenges, Unknowns, Obstacles and Risks
• Try to participate in all aspects of Software Development and Research.
• Doing development when required on individual contract projects.
• Actively follow technology trends and customer challenges and demands
• Strong proponent of applying Agile Methodologies and Techniques to achieve Continuous Delivery to clients.
