I'm a people's person by heart, a coach, a designer, a writer, an entrepreneur and a down-to-earth individual with much knowledge and experiences to offer.
My career objective is to bring my unique set of skills to your business, fashioning, connecting and educating customers (from all cultures) towards personal growth and success. Over the past years I have attained various skills and abilities in implementing and managing outcomes based learning interventions, to a vast amount of audiences (to both instructor lead and e-learning environments, looking at a blended learning approach). My expertise not only lies within the learning industry, but also in organisational performance development, in meeting and aligning strategic intents, visions and missions, business analysis and project management.
I'm a vibrant, energetic team player, who's extremely focused on customer service and meeting their needs. I work best within synergized environments where all parties are able to participate and engage with each other, thus promoting group dynamics and providing quality driven results. My knowledge, skills, understanding and experience in Industrial Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Instructional Design & Development and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) are used on a daily basis that deepens the various approaches of flexibility to meet customer's specific needs. I become energized when engaging with people and place much emphasis on satisfying and nurturing the needs of my cliental in order to enhance my customer's overall experience whilst providing them with customised learning interventions.
Setting of objectives, standards and processes are but one of my many strong points, as I am both analytical and creative by nature, and have mastered the art of human capital development within various sector-orientated structures.
