Assetbridge Real Estate is a specialist industrial and commercial property company with its main emphasize on the industrial property market of the Western Cape in South Africa. Our slogan of "KNOWLEDGE & INTEGRITY" refers to the philosophy of founding partners Alan Manning and Kurt Gouwsventer who have worked diligintly for over 20 years to become known for their in depth expert knowledge of the industrial and commercial property market as well as their carefully hand-picked association with clients and service providers in order to protect their excellent name in the Cape Town property market. Assetbridge now have offices in Technopark, Stellenbosch and at The Vineyards Office Estate in Tygervalley, Bellville.

Assetbridge Real Estate was formed when Kurt Gouwsventer and Alan Manning merged their respective companies Assetpoint Real Estate and Highbridge Property Brokers to form one company. Kurt and Alan have been involved with commercial property since 1990 with particular focus on the industrial property market in the Western Cape. By combining their expertise since 2008 they were able to service a wider market segment and have expanded the company again since 2012 in order to provide all industrial areas with their knowledge and expertise.

The team at Assetbridge are passionate about property and have become consultants to many investors, developers, landlords and tenants in order to provide unbiased advice for the benefit of all parties involved. They have been part of the planning, implementation and the eventual selling of various industrial parks throughout the Cape with particular successes in Bellville, Blackheath, Brackenfell, Somerset West and Stellenbosch.

Leasing has remained the company's most recurring form of business which has led the company into creating a property management department to offer as an additional service to its client base.
