Arté Architects and Construction are the Architects for the development valued at R14m; which include an extension to the clubhouse, a kiddies entertainment centre, wellness centre, golf cart-barn, function venue, beauty salon, and heated indoor swimming pool. Work will begin in August 2015 and is expected to be completed by September 2016.
According to Arté Corporate Group's Director, Wouter Erasmus, "The aim of the project is to create an ideal destination that not only offers an 18-hole championship golf course, but a host of other world-class facilities too." And with the likes of a multi-purpose, 80-seater function venue, two couple's and two single treatment rooms in the wellness centre, and separate restaurant and lounge/bar areas linked by a covered walkway, the new developments at Pinnacle Point will certainly achieve this objective.
The facility upgrades are but another feather in Pinnacle Point's cap, the estate having recently been named "Best Golf Development" in the prestigious 2014-2015 African Property Awards in association with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
