Joining forces to take the interests of business and the commercial property sector forward, The South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) and the Kruger Lowveld Chamber of Business and Tourism (KLCBT) have signed a memorandum of understanding.
SAPOA is the representative body and official voice of commercial and industrial property in South Africa. KLCBT is recognised as the leading voice of organised business in the Lowveld and a dynamic service provider to the business community.

The two organisations have committed to work together in pursuit of common interests. They will collaborate to foster a common vision, goals and approach between the public and private sector regarding economic, policy and development issues, specifically in the commercial property sector which faces challenges as a result of detrimental national, provincial and local government policies and services.
Lobbying and addressing government about existing and proposed policies, legislation and operational issues that are prejudicial to the parties will be a key product of this alliance.
The memorandum was signed in Nelspruit by Andries Oosthiuzen, Chairman of the Business Chamber of KLCBT and James Aling, Chairman of the regional branch of SAPOA in Mpumalanga.
