SA's largest Jaguar Land Rover dealer opens in Sandton

Jaguar Land Rover Sandton is situated at 161 Rivonia Road, one of the major arterial routes to the financial capital. Customers in Johannesburg’s affluent northern suburbs will now find both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in a shared sales and service environment.

The new retail facility has been built according to Jaguar Land Rover’s international design guidelines, which the company says places customers at the heart of the brand experience. "A reception area sees all customers get attended to immediately. The spine of the facility houses a lounge and coffee shop, and also unifies the Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms."

The Sandton retailer features a showroom with space for 24 new and 50 pre-owned vehicles, giving new and returning customers access to the full Jaguar Land Rover product line-up as well as a wide selection of approved pre-owned vehicles.

Existing owners will also be able to benefit from a service area, which has 30 service bays, fully visible from the showroom floor giving customers insight into how the vehicles are looked after. This will allow for shorter lead times when booking vehicles in for services and also aid in reducing turnaround times. A complement of nearly 80 staff is on hand to service customers.

“Our customer base has grown substantially over the last few years. We wanted a prominent location that is more convenient for customers, whether they’re buying a new vehicle or servicing the one they have,” says Etienne Toet, dealer principal of Jaguar Land Rover Sandton.
