The UK's finest property professionals gathered at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Central London last week to attend a glittering gala and to hear who were the winners of the UK Property Awards.
SA-owned firm wins two UK Property Awards

Lord Bates, deputy speaker of the House of Lords, presented awards to the UK's best real estate agencies, property consultancies and lettings agencies identified by the judging panel consisting of approximately 70 professionals, who included: Andrew Panting, director of operations of the British Property Federation; Peter Bolton King, global residential director of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Christian Morris, director/owner of architectural firm Yotomo.

Among the companies honoured for the highest levels of achievement in all sectors of the property and real estate industry, was South African-owned property firm Smuts & Taylor, which won awards in two categories: Best Property Consultancy, London - Highly Commended; Best Property Consultancy Website, UK - Highly Commended.

Personal attention and total dedication

Mike Smuts, MD of Smuts & Taylor said: "It's an honour to have received not one, but two industry awards as we continually set new standards to maintain our reputation as the London property consultancy of choice for high-nett-worth South Africans looking to purchase property in London for investment or personal use.

"The award winners' logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global property industry and it's a testament to the entire team at Smuts & Taylor that we have been recognised, not only for our track record and experience in the London property sector, but also our focus on personal attention and total dedication to our clients' needs."
