Logikal, Verint enter partnership

Logikal Consulting and Verint Systems Inc. have entered a partnership.

The partnership will enable South African customers to combine Logikal's sales, services, support, and consulting with Verint's Workforce Optimisation (WFO) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) solutions.
