In Vision Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our expanding sales team for our well-established client. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and motivated to contribute to the growth of our business.
Role and responsibilities:
- Actively sell, process, and manage work orders on behalf of client accounts
- Develop and cross-sell existing accounts into new products
- Prospect and convert new business from own activity
- Resolve problems within a typical workflow
- Pitch retainer models to suitable clients
- Able to think ‘outside of the box’ when presented with problems and be a solution-oriented person
- Understands basic sales processes
- Can identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions
- Self-motivated and able to manage their own time effectively
- Possesses excellent listening skills and can understand information from clients to create briefs for the creative studio
- Grade 12/N4 equivalent
- Willingness to relocate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
