Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Business Management, among other qualifications, along with eight years of experience in the IT field, Goslett has spearheaded many technological advances within the company.

In 2009 Goslett was awarded a Young Lion - an award that recognises the leaders of the future - at the annual Property Professional of the Year Awards ceremony and as a Mover & Shaker the following year in recognition of his role in leading the industry and shaping it into the business sphere it is today.

In 2010, Goslett acquired an ownership interest in RE/MAX Southern Africa.
