I am liaising with clients, opening and closing of files, tracking files, answering and manning the switchboard, setting up appointments with client, Typing pleading, correspondence and contracts. High Court and Magistrate Court Litigation. Taking instructions from clients, sending and receiving emails, faxes and post, receiving payments, making deposits and balancing the account books. I have been work for many attorneys and I have gain experience. I have gain experience in such a way that I can do or attend to any type of a case. I attend on drafting documents without me asking the attorney. The cases of Matrimonial, Maintenance, Civil, Road Accident Fund Claims and Eviction. I only show the attorney my work when I am done so that he/she can make amendments. I do submit the necessary documents to Law Society. I have the ability to work independently and my experience have made me to understand the trade mark law.
