Show profile Hide profileI am currently employed as an HR & Payroll Administrator for a Manufacturing and Automotive company called (Metalsa Southern African Division Pty Ltd) in Brits, Northwest Province. Also worked at Mining Company called (Hernic Ferrochrome Pty Ltd) in brits as an HR Trainee and Also worked at forestry company called SAFCOL based in Pretoria as an HR Recruitment Trainee. My ideal position is an HR Generalist position. I have more than 4 years' experience in the HR field.
My daily tasks include providing day to day HR administrative support Management and workforce in the plant and taking responsibility of HR Systems. My other duties include proving support to IR/Employee Relations, Recruitment and selection, wellness and Payroll and Training and Development.
Even though I have been involved in IR/Employee Relation, I still feel that it is one main developmental area that I need to pursue further. I have gained more knowledge in HR Administration.
I also have an extensive knowledge of different information systems such as SAGE VIP Premier HR, SACO System, EOH System, SAGE Premier ESS, MS Office packages and average knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll system.
I would like to settle in a company as I am more mature and have a personal responsibility that do not allow me to frequently move from one job to another.
I have completed my National Diploma in HRM in 2010 and also completed my Bachelor of Technology Degree in Human Resources Management in July 2016 and also intend to register for Honors in Industrial Psychology through Unisa.
