Networked with HR Business Partners, business leaders, external training providers to identify solutions for unique development needs. As a qualified instructional designer I have project managed the analysis, design, development and integration of various training solutions. Training solutions range from traditional instructor led training to web-conferencing, online learning and more recently - mobile learning. I have implemented Training Academies for employees locally and later internationally. Some of the programmes we implemented in the Academy were the design, development and implementation of an orientation (induction) curriculum for new employees and leadership curricula for supervisors and managers in various business units. I was instrumental in obtaining and integrating Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enable employees - local and international - to get more cost effective training and take charge of their own development.
