Branch Supervisor
A client, based in East London in the Eastern Cape, is looking for a branch supervisor to join their team.
The branch supervisor will oversee daily operations at our retail hardware/buildware branch. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, supervise staff, and drive sales to meet business goals. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a solid understanding of the hardware/buildware industry.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail hardware/buildware industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware/buildware products and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and point of sale (POS) systems.
- Good understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
- Ability to analyse data and develop actionable plans.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:- A diploma or degree in business management, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
