Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a motivated afterSales manager to join their dealership in Malmesbury, Western Cape.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee all after-sales activities, including service, parts, and customer support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage a team of service professionals, providing leadership and fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
