Junior Production Manager
Our client is looking for a
junior production manager to join their team.
The Junior Production Manager ensures smooth operation of maize and sunflower processing lines, requiring strong technical skills and effective process and people management.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in Production Management or a technical qualification (Electrical, Mechanical).
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Must have a drivers licence and own transport is essential.
- Fully bilingual, Afrikaans and English.
- Committed and hard working.
Responsibilities:- Manage production on maize/sunflower processing line.
- Coordinate activities in the loading bay.
- Coordination with various departments to streamline operations and meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
- Supervise and manage production line staff.
