Service Advisor
Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a
service advisor at our reputable dealership in the
Cape Winelands District.
Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
Requirements:- Matric Certificate
- Drivers licence
- Minimum three years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
