Property Management AssistantSeeking a motivated and detail-oriented property management Administrator to join the team in George, Western Cape. Requirements: - Grade 12 or equivalent; further education or certification in property management is a plus.
- Previous experience in property management or a related will be an added benefit
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude.
Duties: - Assist in the management of property portfolios, ensuring all properties are maintained and managed effectively.
- Coordinate with tenants and property owners to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining property records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including rent collections and expense tracking.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support the senior property manager in day-to-day operations and special projects.
