Vehicle dealership based in Cape Town Foreshore is looking for a Workshop Foreman to join their team.
Requirements:- Proven experience in an automotive workshop environment, with a strong technical background.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining administrative records and reports.
Key responsibilities:- Supervise and manage daily activities of workshop staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards.
- Provide training and development to technicians, keeping them updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all work meets our stringent standards.
- Interact with customers, offering expert advice and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on workshop performance and productivity.
