F&I Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised finance and insurance (F&I) assistant to join a company in Potchefstroom. The F&I assistant will support the finance manager in handling administrative tasks related to automotive financing and insurance processes.
Experience with Signio software is required to excel in this role.Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience as an F&I assistant within the automotive industry
- Proficiency with Signio software (non-negotiable!)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities:- Assist the finance manager in preparing and completing paperwork for vehicle financing and leasing.
- Utilise Signio software to process credit applications and contracts efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financing applications to financial institutions.
- Maintain meticulous records of finance transactions and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with customers to gather necessary documentation and information for financing.
- Provide administrative support to the finance manager during negotiations and deal closures.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding financing options and terms.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to automotive financing.
