Key responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Repair or replace vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide exceptional service experiences.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency in the service department.
Qualifications:- Minimum of two years of experience as a Toyota motor Technician.
- Trade test qualification.
- Driver's licence.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment, including computerised systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
