Scrum Master

• A bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of five years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in a similar industry)
• Experience in working with Business Analytics
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
• Knowledge of the mobile application industry and technology trends
• Strong understanding of the end to end SDLC 

• Implementing the Product Increment process within the organization which includes commitment and delivery per quarter
• Remove impediments and blockers
• Working with management to implement and ensure effective SDLC
• End-to-end project delivery
• Managing the squad – Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, UI and UI team members during sprints
• Leading and coaching the teams in ways of working (Agile and Scrum
• Managing and facilitating MVP definition of projects
