Requirements:- 2-3 years of experience in social media services
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and the latest key trends
- Ability to schedule and create social media content for Kena Group entities and potential clients
- Skill in identifying and reporting on opportunities and weaknesses in current social media offerings
Responsibilities:- Develop strategies for existing and new clients, ensuring we meet their social media needs
- Contribute to shaping the TDP AI-powered influencer platform and its effective market rollout
- Work closely with the team to create end-to-end influencer campaigns and strategies for TDP clients
- Create campaign reports for social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Coordinate social media efforts to ensure KPIs are delivered within the set timelines
- Share weekly and monthly campaign reports with clients, providing additional insights to client teams
- Provide professional and efficient social media services and ensure the junior social media specialist works closely with the content strategist and account manager to deliver on client services
- Support the campaign activities of the team while ensuring all processes are effective and accurate in our service to clients
