• To be responsible for all aspects of a business, including daily operations, increase sales targets and risk management.
• To retain existing clients by keeping abreast of their digital needs and efficiently delivering high quality services.

Operations

• Manages assigned customers and budget base and solve client problems and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Deliver sales presentations to customer, senior management and demonstrate products.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train successful sales people and Urban Decay Field Staff that fit the brand image and culture.
• Timely liaise with the account Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure coordination across the whole business.
• Compilation and submission of timely, accurate quotations.
• Report to business directors through regular intervals and build a business strategy.

New business and client retention

• Flexibility to ensure client relationships are managed and adopted.
• Determine the needs of existing clients through research, dialogue and meetings with clients.
• Deliver on the needs and SLA of existing clients.
• Obtain client feedback on the services delivered.
• Maintain sales target.

Team management

• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and Setting clear team goals.
• Develop and manage team performance.
• Mediating interpersonal conflicts.
