Are you looking for a great opportunity to join the client service team of a dynamic, niche B2B Agency, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

The service offering of this agency provide their B2B clients is an integrated one, incorporating PR, Digital (all aspects, development, SEO, analytics, social media). You will be responsible for managing existing client portfolios as well as procuring and managing new clients.

Marketing Savvy:

  • You should have solid experience in Marketing, and be able to develop and implement marketing, digital and communication strategies with a customer service approach
  • An unquestionable and proven ability to to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and staff
  • A strong ability to identify agency and client needs and requirements to promote the companies solutions
  • Ultimately, the ability to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining strong long-term client relationships

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Formulate and write compelling marketing strategies which include public relations, advertising and digital marketing
  • Annual marketing budget control and management
  • Media liaison with targeted media ensuring maximum publicity for clients
  • Advertising placement and budget control
  • Arranges and coordinate events
  • Serve as the link of communication between the client and agency internal teams
  • address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Generate detail reposts from meetings, marketing and digital activities
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology and marketing trends


  • An Honours degree in marketing, public relations or digital
  • Five years' experience implementing marketing strategies
  • An excellent understanding of the English language, both verbal and written
  • A thorough understanding of the internet, email marketing, SEO, SEM and Public Relations 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Confident in your dealings with clients at a senior level
  • Personal qualities : self-motivated; hardworking; success driven; reliable; honest; high level of commitment and integrity
