What we are looking for: A production administrator / estimator.

What you will do:

Production-related administration
Answering of telephone
Diary keeping
Meetings, set-up status meetings, pre-production meetings and reviews
Liaison with suppliers
Client liaison
Complete print production process
Costing of jobs, quoting and final accounts
Receiving a brief
Briefing/trafficking of jobs into studio
Proofing and proofreading or checking
Quoting and quote requests on clients’ requirements, follow through from briefing to final delivery
Orders/copy instructions
Planning and buying media space for print, radio, etc.
Job bags
PR, promotions and sourcing of promotional items
Productions schedules
Computer maintenance

What you must have:

Financial background in order to do quotations / estimations
Minimum of five years’ experience in the execution of basic production, estimation and admin duties
Practical knowledge and understanding of the printing / design /advertising industry
Must have good technical knowledge of related field
Must be fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent time keeping and time management skills
Reliable team player with a good work ethic
Experience with Chase software will be advantageous
