The opportunity
We are looking for a customer-centric, energetic, and passionate sales consultant to join our call centre team in George.
The role
This critical insurance sales role is key to securing new business and servicing existing customers by creating a great first impression and ensuring positive engagement. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and offer extensions to existing policies.
The sales consultant is responsible for providing excellent service and support by understanding customer needs and delivering key information about our products and organisation.
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 4 am – 11 am or 12 am – 8 am (rotational shifts)
- These hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements

Requirements- Completed Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate
- Proficient or advanced English written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position
- A passion for sales and achieving targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Willing to work the hours listed in this advert
