The opportunity

We are seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and passionate sales and service consultant to join our call centre team in George!

The role

The sales and service consultant is responsible for:

  • Advising customers on insurance products.
  • Facilitating sales.
  • Providing after-sales service support.

This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Working hours

  • Mondays to Fridays: 12 am – 7:30 am OR 4 am – 11 am (weekly rotational shifts).
  • Please note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements

  • Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Proficient or advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Willing to work the hours as listed in this advert.
