Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme based in Pretoria is seeking a
Membership Individual Quality Controller to join the team.
Duties include but not limited to:- Responsible for performing quality control on all administrative updates and staying in touch with operational requirements
- Additionally manage a financial profile and provide ad-hoc assistance to ensure the optimal functioning of the department
Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related
- A minimum of 3 years membership administration and reconciliation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Report writing
Salary is commensurate with experience level.
