Location: Huguenot Tunnel and Toll Plaza, N1 Paarl Western Cape Report To: Technical Manager Qualifications and skills:- Grade 12 certificate
- Experience in the maintenance of Toll Collection equipment would be an advantage
- Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Self-management
- Basic Computer skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Functional reporting to the Technical Manager and the Technician
- Basic technician fault finding on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Occupational health, safety, and machinery issues as contemplated in the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993
- General maintenance in respect of electrical, mechanical, building, plumbing, welding, and painting
- Work in elevated areas
- Planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities
- Perform any other reasonable tasks required by the Technical Manager and the Technician
