A responsible and reliable Manager with 7 years' experience in analysing, developing clinical databases as part of the design team and managing a data analyst team consisting of 14 Clinical Data Analysts. Strong project management experience of multi-million dollar clinical databases for pharmaceutical companies as part of their statistical submission to regulatory authorities. MANAGER Responsibilities ? Directly managing 14 staff members with 25 sponsor projects that fall under my responsibility. ? Meeting and exceeding client expectations by recruiting, retaining and developing a skilled, experienced and motivated team. ? Undertaking the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management and development of the team to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds the business and their own personal goals / objectives. ? Supporting the feasibility process, as appropriate. ? Implementing process improvements, in conjunction with the Management team and Trainers, in response to client and team feedback and quality audits.
Achievements ? Assigned as Subject Matter Expert on a client specific partnership. ? Lead on database setup and validation procedures. ? Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Clinical, Clintrial and PXLTools (in-house developed software). ? Subject Matter Expert on PL/SQL for reporting use
