B2B Agency in Fourways is looking for a client account manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing existing client portfolios as well as procuring and managing new clients.

You should have solid experience in marketing (digital a must and a particular strength) and be able to develop and implement marketing, digital and communications strategies with a customer service approach. The ideal candidate will need to be able to build strong relationships with suppliers, staff and clients. You will need to be able to identify needs and requirements to promote company's solutions.

Ultimately, you will need to be able to identify needs and requirements to promote the company's solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Formulate and write marketing strategies which include public relations, advertising and digital marketing
• Annual marketing budget control and management
• Advertising placement and budget control
• Arrange and coordinate events
• Serve as the link of communication between the client and the agency teams
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Generate detail reposts from meetings, marketing and digital activities
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology  and marketing trends

Requirements:

• An honours degree in marketing, public relations or digital
• Five years' experience minimum implementing marketing strategies
• An excellent knowledge of English language, both verbal and written
• A thorough understanding of the internet, email marketing, SEO, SEM and public relations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be able to deal at a senior/EXCO level
• Be self-motivated, hardworking and success driven - above all, a team-player
• Have a high level of commitment and integrity
• Be reliable and honest
• Must have experience working on a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients
