Job description
If you were working in an Advertising Agency this role would be that of a traffic manager.
But this is different - it is in-house on the "Client-side" who handle all of their Marketing and Advertising collateral internally, hence looking for an experienced Marketing Workflow Coordinator to operate from the Groups HO in Centurion.
This position is within the specialist health solutions division of this listed Group. They deliver sustainable, integrated health solutions that meet the needs of clients in different segments and maximise lifetime client value. They build and maintain a culture of innovation, and create value through unique insights of how to achieve specific outcomes by using a defined set of industry-specific capabilities.
Role purpose:
To effectively project manage the team's workflow from start to completion. This includes briefing in requests, clarification of those requests, liaising with the client during the process, sending completed jobs to the client and handling all of the logistics.
The above implies good people skills, and the ability to form relationships that enable good communication. Also managing key projects over the year to ensure overall project success and adherence to timelines and within budget.
Duties and responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage briefs, production and review of marketing project elements
- Engage with client to ensure the brief is correctly understood, and negotiate reasonable timelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate details of the brief and allocate the project in line with available resources
- Critically reviewing and adding input on all marketing material produced by creative teams before submitting to client for approval
- Traffic management of internal and external creative sources on briefed projects
- Monitor project results and adjust project deliverables or timelines to achieve overall project success
- Escalating challenges during workflow process to ensure that they are flagged and adequately planned for
- Compile reports for stakeholders / clients
- Ensure project performance reports are delivered timeously

Requirements
- A post-matric qualification in marketing/communications/public relations/business administration
- Project coordination/management in a creative production environment - a minimum of three years similar experience
- Experience in a digital marketing environment where you have become familiar with Digital processes (Minimum of two years experience
- 2 - 5 years experience in a health and wellness environment
