Explore your potential this Global Entrepreneurship Week

This week we celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week 2019 (#GEW2019), which runs from 18 to 24 November 2019, with a collection of tens of thousands of events, activities and competitions across the globe. These are aimed at inspiring millions to explore their potential as entrepreneurs.

Fittingly, here at Bizcommunity we've dubbed the month of November #EntrepreneurMonth, and have been showcasing entrepreneurs who've found solutions to the problems we face daily.

Justin Cohen shares the basics of how to present, persuade and close the deal, even if you 'hate selling', based on his own six-step formula in his book, Pitch to Win.

Then there's Chantelle Goliath on her humble beginnings and her road to glory from cleaning other people's homes to becoming a businesswoman and entrepreneur who owns an import and export company.

As we head into the festive season, we also have 4 business ideas to turn your business dream into a reality just in time for Christmas.

There's even a 7-year-old social entrepreneur who aims to bring hope to Mzansi with the creation of a superhero called SuperMash, whose adventures will help young kids face some of life's biggest challenges.

There's no denying South Africa faces many challenges, more specifically South African women in the area of small business and entrepreneurship. That's why Linda McClure asks: 'How can we grow female entrepreneurship in SA?'

Let's put our hands together and cheer on these entrepreneurs who are proving their grit in making a success of finding solutions to the problems we face!
