Mayumbu Multi service is an import and Export Company that operates in Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho and South Africa. We were dealing mostly with air freight sea freight, ware house storage, domestic and international corporate goods between the following cities: Luanda, Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Matadi, Kikwit, Maseru, Johannesburg and Cape Town.

My Duties
As the supervisor I was in charge of our three offices that are located in Cape Town CBD and Bellville. I worked From Cape Town Office in connection with all the branches out the country, and I Had eleven staff members that reported to me daily.

My responsibilities are the following
? Control that packaging for export is done as per the air freight transportation norms
? Identify mark and label each items to report on the manifest/Bill of loading.
? Receiving cash payment cash from customers and issue them a receipt
? Receive and control import good as per the bill of loading received.
? Report that daily cash transaction to the head office in Johannesburg.
? Maintain the cash book and bank the cash
? Answering Company calls and ensuring quality and accuracy of the delivered product
? Call customer for good collection
? Purchase of stationary and packing materials.
? Follow up lost and damaged goods.
? Consultancy services to customer in prospect of freight procedure.
? .
? Managing External Transport cost control and allocation.
? Dealing with Expedition of good ordered by Importers or Exporters and shipment date .
? Packaging and labeling of good ready for export
? Storage of good received and packing in order for inspection
