During the last twenty four years I have developed excellent experience in Public Relations and Marketing, starting as a reporter at the South African Broadcasting Corporation in Johannesburg and progressing to my recent position as Marketing Manager at Uwe Koetter Jewellers.

? Completed an Associate in Management Diploma at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business with Marketing as one of my subjects. ? Completed a course in Nomadic Leadership at UCT, which taught me, amongst other skills, about the latest trends in the world of information technology and media. ? BA degree (Psychology and German Studies) and Honours in German Languages.
This year I also updated my Customer Relations skills by attending a workshop with VPages Training.
My working experience as Public Relations Officer and Marketer has been in the Jewellery Industry, a sector related to the fashion industry. I have had opportunities to organize fashion shows at three Cape Town Fashion Weeks and a Johannesburg Fashion Week. My public relations and marketing experience have always been in the retail division of the jewellery industry for six of South Africa's top jewellers. My working experience as reporter and sub-editor at the SABC added to my verbal and writing skills. I am fluent in English, German and Afrikaans.
