• Analysis and reporting on claims
• Claims notification: Quantification and reporting of high value losses to relevant stakeholders
• Risk identification and mitigation strategies
• Appointment of claim assessors and forensic analyst to investigate claims

Enterprise Risk Administrator 05/2016 - Present

The roles of Enterprise Risk Adminstrator entail:
• Maintain trending report
• Maintains vendor master data
• Create purchase orders on SAP
• Receipt invoices on arrival on SAP
• Track open items and follow up on them for payment runs.
• Give information to the vendor about the payment status of an invoice
• Capture leave data on Human Resource Systems for control room operators
• Calculate total hours worked, overtime for control room operators
