Mark Sindone has recently taken on the role of manager at Archive Storage Inner West, a franchise of Supercheap Storage Inner West in the inner west suburbs of Sydney.
Having been studying for what seems like a super long time, an ambitious man has got to find something else to occupy his time right? That's what Mark Sindone is doing right now with his latest list of things to do!
Besides completing a Commerce degree with the University of Sydney, he's now embarking on his 2nd degree in Law with another 2 more years to go. At the same time, he's recently engaged as well and with his long time girlfriend of 5 years, they are planning a spring wedding which is definitely filling up their social calendar like never a time before in their lives.
And as if there wasn't enough going on in his personal life, Mark is also currently the manager of the Sydney Inner West Suburbs outlet of the widely successful Supercheap Storage chain in Australia. Starting his franchise a little over 2 years ago, he has since been able to boost the number of customers that his outlet services to over 800 people!
With Supercheap storage Marrickville, Mark enjoys the challenge of managing Supercheap Storage. Having 3 time for sending out their transport vehicles slots (7 to 8 AM, 9 AM to 12 noon and 12 noon to 4 PM), the first order of the day is to organise the schedule for the trucks and the mobile storage units in the warehouse so that they can get ready to move out to all the clients.
At the same time, there are 2 different plans that clients can take advantage of when looking for the storage solution that fits their needs. With the basic Standard plan, Supercheap Storage will help you take care of all the transport issues and bring your mobile storage unit to your location. You just need to have your items all packed up and loaded into the storage unit and our specialists will swing right back and ferry everything back to our storage warehouses.
With the premium plan, we assign you 2 AFRA (Australia Furniture and Removers Association) certified specialists to help you with any of your packing and loading needs as you require on moving day. They have lots of experience in moving and transportation and are perfectly equipped with the skills to help you manage your items and get them organized both externally and internally within the storage container!
Meanwhile there's still a lot of things going on at the Inner West outlet. Mark is still managing the phones and customer enquiries. With all the good will and good service that we're bringing into the self storage industry, we keep getting enquiries for what exactly we can do for our customers. Our dedicated staff handling our hotlines are trained to be able to advise you exactly what you need and not only that, but to help you find a quote for sa storage solutions that's tailored just for you!
That's what the reports have been saying but sadly, they are what they are -- only reports. The progress seems to be moving at such a slow pace that users might just get bored and stick to their 4G for good. Service providers have got to step up their game and at least show some visual progress.
I reckon that there are a fair amount of people who would be listening into the radio stations these days. The free radio stations of course, not the stuff that you get online. It's all a part of the daily commute after all. If you're able to come up with a good audio advertisement, this could make or break it for your company!
Considering the size of drones that are available, I wouldn't be surprised if people who were off-shore could actually even order take away up to the rigs. I mean it's a long shot, but I'm sure that it will be possible in the future at some point in time. Lots of people in that line of work can rejoice then!
It's nice to see that Coca Cola is doing something about even the little guys at the bottom of the chain. That little bit of training will help them be a lot more versatile for work in the event they move on to somewhere else.
Every business needs to know the exact direction that they are heading to and focus on that path. It all depends on what they aim to achieve at the end of the day as well as how capable they are within that field. If they do not have a sense of direction, it might be tough to create progress.
Great business ventures do not necessarily need to immediately hit the big stores but they can actually just start from humble beginnings. From personal usage to expanding their idea to a whole new market simply shows that anyone can tap into a market where there is going to be actual demand. The idea does not necessarily need to be extravagant but something that someone would ultimately see a need for.
Acquisitions occur rather extensively across the various industries that are active today. It does not simply mean that a particular industry player is seeing no room for success in their business, but it is to salvage their current situation. In due time, they could be buying back what has been lost once they have risen back up again.
We are already living in the future where high-tech innovations have been realized today. That is how lucky today's generation truly is and we should appreciate every process there is in the market out there. Though climate change is real, there is still hope that something can be done to eventually salvage what is left for future generations to come.
With the abundance of storage space that the extension would have to offer, there will be opportunities for new retailers to join the community. This means that the residents can look forward to having more products and services being offered to them. This is what everyone would want as a consumer which is to have all of their needs catered to right in the heart of town without having to travel far.
I've really wondered how these big warehouses manage to keep everything in order! I run a small storage facility and I'm just glad that I only manage the units and not all the stuff inside! It would be so complicated to do so!
The logistics sector does indeed comprise of various processes that are too much of a hassle for the consumer end to take care of. Hence, it would be to their advantage should some of the processes in between be cut short to improve the turnaround rate from the warehouse facility to end recipients. It is about being more efficient to fulfill more demand in order to keep orders coming in.
I actually think that there are a lot of countries and places that have not found the joy of storage units yet. I can't wait until these people realise how easy it is to rent out some storage to clean up their homes!
I personally think that most facilities that are taking up a lot of space and property should be doing this. It's the least that we could do when it comes to giving back to this planet we live on right?
It is amazing that the owner is still continuing with her manual processes despite having owned a manufacturing facility. This goes to show that she prioritizes quality over just profits alone. This is the type of business we should support which is consistent in maintaining the well-being of its customers on top of everything else.
Wasn't Super Foods always headed towards this direction? I was always under the impression that they had a storage full of vitamins and all sorts of health fads in their facility! I mean, it seems like every unit of grain or bean that comes from them is organic, or conscientiously farmed isn't it? It seems to be the direction they were meant to take from the beginning!
What I think is that if they could really do something about the security of cloud-based storage systems, we really wouldn't have to worry about what hardware we're going to be using for that sort of thing anymore. I mean, if all those units of information are up on the internet somewhere, that's a lot more permanent than say inside a little drive that could be destroyed physically isn't it?
AI is not a thing of the future anymore. It is today's! We can expect even more businesses incorporating the usage of AI in their operations to speed things up and reduce human error to a bare minimum. Businesses that deal with a large volume of physical processing such as within a warehousing or distribution facility would most certainly find AI efficient and time-consuming.
Hey, you'd be very surprised what kind of traffic influencers can bring to you when they help you to advertise your merchandise! The facilities that you have, you've got to use them, and most of the time with these people, you just need to give them a unit of your product and let them take it from there! Low cost, pretty high returns!
It has indeed become a growing trend amongst both individuals and business owners alike to rent storage containers for various purposes. I personally have seen businesses like a container-themed restaurant and a container-themed motel recently and I was just amazed. I am still in awe with how much of an interesting idea these business-minded individuals could think of with an otherwise industrial accessory. I guess the rising trend of container-themed businesses plays a vital role too.
Affordable housing is in demand regardless of the location even here in Brisbane. There will always be a certain group of audience that is keen on such a niche market. There has to be consistent supply within this area of interest to ensure that the ongoing demand is always met.
