Report reveals 5G uptake even faster than expected
That's what the reports have been saying but sadly, they are what they are -- only reports. The progress seems to be moving at such a slow pace that users might just get bored and stick to their 4G for good. Service providers have got to step up their game and at least show some visual progress.

Benefits of radio advertising
I reckon that there are a fair amount of people who would be listening into the radio stations these days. The free radio stations of course, not the stuff that you get online. It's all a part of the daily commute after all. If you're able to come up with a good audio advertisement, this could make or break it for your company!

Airbus trials shore-to-ship drone deliveries
Considering the size of drones that are available, I wouldn't be surprised if people who were off-shore could actually even order take away up to the rigs. I mean it's a long shot, but I'm sure that it will be possible in the future at some point in time. Lots of people in that line of work can rejoice then!

Serco enhances driver training at Coca-Cola
It's nice to see that Coca Cola is doing something about even the little guys at the bottom of the chain. That little bit of training will help them be a lot more versatile for work in the event they move on to somewhere else.

Commercial aviation focuses on three moving targets
Every business needs to know the exact direction that they are heading to and focus on that path. It all depends on what they aim to achieve at the end of the day as well as how capable they are within that field. If they do not have a sense of direction, it might be tough to create progress.

How Pick n Pay shelf space boosted this small, family-owned hygiene business
Great business ventures do not necessarily need to immediately hit the big stores but they can actually just start from humble beginnings. From personal usage to expanding their idea to a whole new market simply shows that anyone can tap into a market where there is going to be actual demand. The idea does not necessarily need to be extravagant but something that someone would ultimately see a need for.

Sea Harvest in bid to buy up Australian-listed Mareterram
Acquisitions occur rather extensively across the various industries that are active today. It does not simply mean that a particular industry player is seeing no room for success in their business, but it is to salvage their current situation. In due time, they could be buying back what has been lost once they have risen back up again.

Future thinking translates into energy efficiency
We are already living in the future where high-tech innovations have been realized today. That is how lucky today's generation truly is and we should appreciate every process there is in the market out there. Though climate change is real, there is still hope that something can be done to eventually salvage what is left for future generations to come.

Refurbishment, extension for Kwagga Mall
With the abundance of storage space that the extension would have to offer, there will be opportunities for new retailers to join the community. This means that the residents can look forward to having more products and services being offered to them. This is what everyone would want as a consumer which is to have all of their needs catered to right in the heart of town without having to travel far.

Automated warehouse with new contour control
I've really wondered how these big warehouses manage to keep everything in order! I run a small storage facility and I'm just glad that I only manage the units and not all the stuff inside! It would be so complicated to do so!

Fastvan launches SaaS platform
The logistics sector does indeed comprise of various processes that are too much of a hassle for the consumer end to take care of. Hence, it would be to their advantage should some of the processes in between be cut short to improve the turnaround rate from the warehouse facility to end recipients. It is about being more efficient to fulfill more demand in order to keep orders coming in.

Joint venture to provide some XtraSpace in Mauritius
I actually think that there are a lot of countries and places that have not found the joy of storage units yet. I can't wait until these people realise how easy it is to rent out some storage to clean up their homes!

ID Logistics goes green with solar at its warehouses
I personally think that most facilities that are taking up a lot of space and property should be doing this. It's the least that we could do when it comes to giving back to this planet we live on right?

#WomensMonth: Cape Town kombucha queen Meghan Werner
It is amazing that the owner is still continuing with her manual processes despite having owned a manufacturing facility. This goes to show that she prioritizes quality over just profits alone. This is the type of business we should support which is consistent in maintaining the well-being of its customers on top of everything else.

Fria's Superfoods expands into mainstream health market
Wasn't Super Foods always headed towards this direction? I was always under the impression that they had a storage full of vitamins and all sorts of health fads in their facility! I mean, it seems like every unit of grain or bean that comes from them is organic, or conscientiously farmed isn't it? It seems to be the direction they were meant to take from the beginning!

The future of storage
What I think is that if they could really do something about the security of cloud-based storage systems, we really wouldn't have to worry about what hardware we're going to be using for that sort of thing anymore. I mean, if all those units of information are up on the internet somewhere, that's a lot more permanent than say inside a little drive that could be destroyed physically isn't it?

Watch robots pack groceries in Ocado's automated warehouse
AI is not a thing of the future anymore. It is today's! We can expect even more businesses incorporating the usage of AI in their operations to speed things up and reduce human error to a bare minimum. Businesses that deal with a large volume of physical processing such as within a warehousing or distribution facility would most certainly find AI efficient and time-consuming.

Influence marketing - tapping into the herd instinct
Hey, you'd be very surprised what kind of traffic influencers can bring to you when they help you to advertise your merchandise! The facilities that you have, you've got to use them, and most of the time with these people, you just need to give them a unit of your product and let them take it from there! Low cost, pretty high returns!

What you 'need-to-know' before renting a container
It has indeed become a growing trend amongst both individuals and business owners alike to rent storage containers for various purposes. I personally have seen businesses like a container-themed restaurant and a container-themed motel recently and I was just amazed. I am still in awe with how much of an interesting idea these business-minded individuals could think of with an otherwise industrial accessory. I guess the rising trend of container-themed businesses plays a vital role too.

Stellendale offers affordable housing for first-time buyers
Affordable housing is in demand regardless of the location even here in Brisbane. There will always be a certain group of audience that is keen on such a niche market. There has to be consistent supply within this area of interest to ensure that the ongoing demand is always met.
