Authored various training courses in discipline at the workplace. Sat as Commissioner with the CCMA with some of these awards appearing in BLLR (SA). Drafted company policies for various companies and entities as well as represented several clients in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Labour Court over the last 17 years. Advised / guided companies in various sectors around labour and employment matters including union as well as strike related matters.
