Debra's knowledge of sponsorship as a brand builder and business driver has been honed over a period of 15 years.

Formerly as Business Director at Octagon SA and PR and Events Manager at the V&A Waterfront, she has been responsible for driving a sponsorship campaigns and strategies, marketing and promotional campaigns, corporate social responsibility programmes across various projects and brands. Her experience includes leading brand engagement activities and B2B sales marketing, sponsor liaison and leveraging.

Debra has extensive knowledge of the sponsorship landscape in South Africa, and a thorough understanding of the role that sponsorship; consumer engagement and CSR can play in enhancing brand reputation.
