I have good interpersonal and leadership skills, I operate well under pressure and enjoy managing within stressed environments, where one has to lead teams, implement change and manage resource constraints.
I implemented a quality management system at the international Hotel School in Switzerland. I also have experience in Events and Diversity management. I believe in ongoing formation of myself and the people around me, I also believe in the building of bridges of communication, understanding, tolerance and healthy work relations.
