We specialize in business structuring and business model design as well as due diligence studies. We also compile investment summaries, business plans and executive summaries that the client can use to apply for funding. We have access to a specific pool of private investors and/or private equity funds and will submit applications for funding to this pool if the client's business falls within the investment criteria of this pool.

Our preferred type of business is start-up entities and businesses already trading but in need of a turn-around or rescue, be it either funding or operational changes.

For us, the main qualifying criteria of any new business or expanding venture is the strategic structure which ultimately determines the investment attractiveness. BMDC looks at businesses from an objective point of view, suggesting and implementing changes, where necessary, to the strategic make-up to ensure the business moves forward as a cohesive unit. We believe in taking an honest and direct approach when it comes to engaging problem areas, and construct solutions that make a positive and lasting impact on the client's bottom-line.
